    We start by providing deep, broad, accurate and actionable insights about your business. Based on a proven process, we interview key individuals in your organization to define a process model of the business and how this relates to the actual operations based on information captured in your existing IT investments – ERP, CRM, SCM, data warehouses, and all the other relevant systems.

    Analyze

    Once the model is built and validated (by a three pronged approach of Financial, Operational and Capacity), we perform a rigorous analysis of the insight to identify value-enhancing actions. The output from the Measure phase is structured to drive efficient, proactive identification of the value creating opportunities that exist and easy recognition of root cause drivers that can be auctioned.

    Improve

    Here is where APG really partners with clients to drive real and lasting value – the first two phases are necessary to generate a concrete action plan for value realization. We work with clients to drive execution for improved results and lasting performance improvement. Actions can range from the strategic – refocusing efforts around more profitable product categories, to the tactical – raising the Minimum Order Quantity or renegotiating specific customer terms. All with insight into the real dollar impact that such actions will have.

    And then we can do it all again – sustaining the approach and driving the cultural and organizational change that creates a winning, profit-focused company.
