    We started as Acorn Systems, Inc., an organization focused on profit-driven turnarounds in 1996. The goal was simple – use lessons learned with real clients and their challenges and continue to improve on the approach. In the early days, we were pure consulting. Frustrated by the lack of technology support to drive the necessary and sustainable solutions for clients, we decided to build our own and the methodology to support. Measure-Analyze-Improve is the outcome of years of validation with clients similar to you and a relentless focus on true value creation.

    Now, in 2010, the solution has been proven and validated by industry leaders like Charles Schwab, Lowe’s, SYSCO, and Coca Cola, yet our work is not done. We have come full circle to realize there is still a need for a consulting firm that can still deliver on the original mission – not tied to a software purchase, but driven by an unyielding passion to deliver real value to clients in a rapid timeframe. The software may still have a role (just as Excel and PowerPoint are always present when consultants are present), yet the focus is on services-based engagements that deliver very real performance improvement, proving the validity and value to each of our clients. No excuses, no obstacles, quite simply a focused solution in less time and for a fraction of the cost of available alternatives from McKinsey, Bain or Booz.
